Paella Experience

We will be meeting early in town to do some ingredient shopping, then taking a transport means to our partner restaurant “El Caldero” within the close suburbs of Albaycín, which is a 10-minute taxi ride or bus from the city centre. Once there we will introduce you to our “Paellero” stove and start to prepare our paella. We will go through the whole process of cooking it and then eating it as if it were a perfect Spanish Valencian Sunday. The activity should take us from morning into the “early afternoon” by Spanish standards and deep into the tabu word “siesta” range of the day, which may last until the evening cools down.
