OUR TERMS OF SERVICE:
Our offers are composed of a compound of third party services combined with our own planning, booking assistance and mediation, guiding and documentation services. The “price includes” list for any service will depend directly on choices made and services chosen through our planning and booking assistance service. The final contract and payment will usually be issued through our travel agent booking partners, or directly to hotels, accommodation, or other third party activity providers. These terms will be listed within each individual offer and should be clear ahead of confirming any service, please if you have any questions or doubts ask your trip planning manager to clarify all terms.
Our offers allow for revision & minor discounts depending on the hotels chosen, likewise these prices may increase by over 30% on peak local festives and high season (Christmass & Easter holidays).
OUR TERMS OF SERVICE WILL VARY ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN BOOKING CONFIRMATION CHOICES THAT WE WILL INITIALLY PROVIDE.
 
ON ACCEPTING ANY THIRD PARTY GROUP BOOKING DEALS, THE MOST COMMON TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LISTED BELOW, BUT WILL HOWEVER BE INCLUDED WITHIN EACH OFFER WE ISSUE OR SHARE TO YOU, THESE WOULD BE THE MOST STRICT TERMS USUALLY.
 
STANDARD MULTI-DAY TOUR PROVIDER TERMS:
 
HOTEL BOOKING PAYMENT TIME FRAMES:
50% of the total cost of trip bookings due no later than 30 days ahead of arrival.
100% of the hotel bookings must be covered 15 days ahead of arrival.
 
SERVICE BOOKINGS & ARRANGEMENTS:
Flexible 50% of the total cost of the trip bookings by bank transfer no later than 15 days ahead of arrival..
Flexible 100% of the total cost balance of the trip bookings no later than 1 week ahead of arrival, except for cash deliveries upon agreement, which should be delivered no later than  24h into the tour.
 
CANCELATION POLICIES
*Will vary according to specific choices and each final offer, though generally go along these lines:
From 31 to 15 days, there will be a due payment of  30% of the room nights cancelled and a proportional part of our service’s managing fees.
From 14 to 3 days, there will be a due payment of  50% of the rooms nights cancelled and a proportional part of our service’s managing fees.
From 72 hours before arrival cancellations will not be allowed, charging 100% of the room nights cancelled and a proportional part of our service’s managing fees.
 
No shows will be charged in total for accommodation and any arranged bookings or services.
  • Some hotels may allow exceptions but these are the general terms for all services included in this offer.
